As a member of our outlet and shop staff at Basilur Tea, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and drive sales of our products. You will engage with customers, assist them in selecting products, and facilitate transactions to ensure a positive shopping experience. We're looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in our exclusive outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product location, questions, and recommendations, building rapport.
- Use cross-selling and upselling to encourage purchases proactively.
- Master tea blends and ingredients knowledge.
- Process sales accurately with cash registers or POS systems.
- Maintain attractive, well-stocked product displays.
- Collaborate with team to maximize outlet performance.
- Provide feedback on sales reports and customer preferences.
- Focus on boosting sales and delivering top-notch customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales or retail experience.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
