Intern - IT

Location: HQ - Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by end users to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support IT infrastructure management including networks and systems
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and coordinate vendor communications for purchases, repairs, and maintenance
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system reliability, security, and performance

Candidate Requirements:

• Undergraduate in Information Technology from a recognised university or professional institute
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic cybersecurity tools (e.g., CrowdStrike)
• Familiarity with networking equipment such as switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls is an added advantage
• Certifications such as Microsoft or Cisco are a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude
