OFFICE ADMIN

Requirements

• Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Age Limit: Should be below 35 years

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain records, files, and databases
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Support finance and HR departments with basic tasks (e.g., invoicing, data entry)

Salary: Basic Salary 35,000.00 + Allowances.
