Position: Administration Executive (Female)

Location: Boralesgamuwa

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced Level or equivalent (a High school diploma in office administration or related field is a plus)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Organizing office files and documents
  • Assisting in basic bookkeeping tasks and invoicing
  • Maintaining Date Base systems
  • General administrative support to various departments
