FACILITY ADMIN MANAGER

(CANTERBURY PROJECT – KAHATHUDUWA)

  • Minimum Five (05) years of managerial experience in the Administration/Facility Management area from a reputed organization.
  • Diploma/any other equivalent qualification relevant to Facility Management will be an added advantage.
  • Early retired forces officers/hoteliers also considered.
  • Have strong analytical skills and efficient planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English is mandatory.
  • Strong computer proficiency skills (Excel, Word).
  • Age below Forty Five (45) years male candidate is preferred.
