Technical Officer cum Gym Instructor

We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join our team as Technical Officer cum Gym Instructor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering the strength training, conditioning & recreational programmes of the institute.
- Assisting in monitoring and maintaining the institute’s sports equipment and facilities in coordination with stakeholders, including follow-up on repair and maintenance cycles.
- Assisting in handling all sports programmes of the institute.
- Supporting the Sports Unit in organizing and coordinating internal and external tournaments for students and staff.
- Contributing to the achievement of organizational goals by scheduling, executing, and successfully completing assigned activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- NVQ level 6 or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in coordinating or assisting with sports, fitness, or recreational programs
- Basic understanding of sports equipment handling, maintenance, and safety protocols
- Strong organizational and time management skills
