Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to the development & execution of targeted sales strategies aligned with both local & international market trends in flexible packaging.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain to tailor solutions for clients and accelerate go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify and onboard high-potential customers in flexible packaging sectors such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and export-oriented businesses.
- Strengthen long-term partnerships through proactive account management and value-added consultative selling.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing from a recognized university or institute.
- 3-5 years in B2B sales within manufacturing or flexible packaging with exposure to lamination, extrusion, or printing.
- Hands-on experience in using CRM systems, Excel analytics, and PowerPoint for reporting and presenting insights.
- Residents within 10 km radius from Ekala, Ja ela will have an added advantage.
