ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/ ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Part Qualification of ICASL/ CIMA or full Qualification of AAT
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage
• Proven 2 years’ experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Have a good understanding of ERP systems, and knowledge of the SAP system is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
