RESTAURANT MANAGERS
- Hospitality qualified | 3+ years' experience
- Strong leadership & guest service skills
HEAD CHEFS
- Hotel School certified | 5+ years' experience
- Seafood expertise, team leadership, cost control
SOUS CHEFS
- 4+ years in high-volume kitchens
- Skilled in food safety & multitasking
DEMI CHEFS
- 2+ years’ experience in section handling & prep
COMMIS CHEFS (I, II & III)
- Hotel School certified | 1–3 years’ experience
- Passionate, eager to learn
STEWARD
- 1+ year experience preferred
- Responsible for hygiene and cleanliness
SEAFOOD SPECIALISTS
- 5+ years’ experience | Expert in seafood prep & presentation
- Strong creative and plating skills
AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOD SPECIALISTS
- 4+ years’ experience in authentic Chinese cuisine
- Skilled in traditional cooking & wok techniques
NOTE: HOTEL SCHOOL QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED FOR CHEF ROLES.
