Responsibilities
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
- Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
- Acting as the client’s representative for the company to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Continuous expansion of relationships with clients through proactive service offerings
- Collecting and analysing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
- Be responsible for providing visibility to the Management team on all aspects of client relationship.
Qualifications
- Degree in relevant area - BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
- Proven experience as an account manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management, sales, and business development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Managing expectations at C-Suite level across clients and all internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
