Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator -Projects is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities in the project segment, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth by promoting the company's products to contractors, architects, developers, and other decision makers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential projects and key decision-makers.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting the company’s products in the project sector.
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the construction/building materials industry.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
    • Valid driving license.
