Executive - Human Resources (Plant)
Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Mirinda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina. We are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for a best potential candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Monitoring daily attendance of Outsourced Labour - Plant
- Interviewing outsourced labour before hire.
- Conducting Induction Program for new hiring (Outsourced Labour).
- Preparing & reviewing Annual Medical Test.
- Conducting & Coordinating Training & Development for plant employees.
- Preparing related reports to SLS Audit.
- Maintaining Training Records.
- Maintaining recording of Disciplinary Actions.
- Coordinating Uniform Committee and do the needful to provide uniform and safety shoes.
- Organizing company events.
Personal Profile
- BSc Human Resource Management with 1 year working experience or Diploma in HRM from a recognized university/institute with 3 years working experience.
- Passed GCE O/L & GCE A/L.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
