Manager / Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT/project teams.
- Define, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, and use cases for strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and process reviews to recommend improvements and solutions.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through adherence to business analysis standards and best practices.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating requirements traceability and solution fit.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics related to business solutions and initiatives.
Person Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, BABOK).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of both business operations and technology.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
