Manager / Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT/project teams.
  • Define, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, and use cases for strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and process reviews to recommend improvements and solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through adherence to business analysis standards and best practices.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating requirements traceability and solution fit.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and performance metrics related to business solutions and initiatives.

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, BABOK).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of both business operations and technology.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
