CUSTOMER SUPPORT TRAINEE

Requirements to apply:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala, both verbal and written.
  • Possessing a minimum experience of 3 months in a similar role would be an added advantage.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Basic organizational and time management skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing good service.
  • Ability to follow instructions and ask for support when needed.

If you are selected for the vacancy your job responsibilities would include:

  • Assist clients by answering general inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Support senior team members in coordinating client tasks and follow-ups.
  • Provide clear and basic guidance to clients on service processes.
  • Follow up on client tasks and ensure they are on track.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates.
  • Address walk-in clients by providing initial assistance and directing them appropriately.
  • Help with routine administrative tasks related to customer support.

This is a full time role from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
