The Role

As an IT Support Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our IT systems. You will provide frontline technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in maintaining the overall IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring minimal downtime and high productivity for the business.

The Profile

  • Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role
  • Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security concepts is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or service desk roles
