Overview of the role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Administration Officer to join our team at Yamaha Sri Lanka. This role is crucial in managing the entire operation of free service coupon payments to dealers and supporting the warranty claiming process. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient coordination within the service network, enhancing dealer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service.

What you will do

  • Oversee the processing and management of free service coupon payments to dealers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in managing the warranty claiming process, providing necessary support to dealers and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between dealers and the company, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues related to service coupons and warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes related to service coupon payments and warranty claims, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
  • Generate regular reports on coupon payments and warranty claims, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What equips you for the role

  • Qualified G.C.E. advanced level with three passes.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Well-versed in the SAP system.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English, Sinhala, or Tamil.
