Executive-Finished Goods Stores (Based at Kelaniya)
Responsibilities
- Adherence to standard operating procedures and work instruction of warehouse.
- Preparation of accurate reports/document on day to day warehouse transaction.
- Implementation of cost effective initiatives to ensure warehouse operations.
- Conducting physical stock counts on daily basis to verify system data with actual data.
- Ensuring zero damages to stored product inside the warehouse.
- Maintaining FIFO and zero expiry of products inside the warehouse.
- Monitoring loading and unloading processes and prepare management reports.
- Ensuring health and safety of employees and accident free work environment.
- Maintaining 5S and good house-keeping inside the warehouse.
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum GCE A/L and Diploma in Stores Management or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 02 years experience in similar capacity (Experience of store management in a manufacturing organization would be an added advantage).
Skills:
- Computer literacy in MS Office is essential.
- Working knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in a pressurized environment to challenge deadlines.
Other:
- Should be below 35 years.
