Job Profile

• Achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
• Conduct regular customer visits to collect overdue payments
• Develop and implement strategies to recover outstanding payments
• Locate and contact debtors to follow up on payment status

Candidate Profile

• Open to candidates under 40 years of age
• Minimum of 3 passes in the G.C.E. A/L Examination
• Must possess a valid Driving License (motorbike license preferred)
• Financial industrial experience is added advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
