To maintain and enhance our scope we need talented, hardworking individuals to take up below position at our main Campus in Malabe.
POST OF INTERNAL AUDIT EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk - based internal audits across all business functions, including financial, operational and IT areas.
- Develop and implement audit programs and frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations and standards.
- Review and evaluate the adequacy of internal controls and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management, ensuring actionable insights.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and perform follow -up audits where necessary.
- Collaborate with cross - functional teams to enhance system functionalities and address operational needs.
- Ensure regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning risk management to safeguard organizational data.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration and maintenance of SAP Business One, ensuring smooth operation and optimization of business process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing and ERP system administration.
- Prior experience in implementing SAP Business One systems would be an added advantage.
- Strong Communication skills and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse Systems.
