JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - INBOUND

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and coordinate inbound tour packages.
• Assist in preparing itineraries, quotations, and costing.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and guides for smooth tour operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address client requirements efficiently.

Requirements:

• A degree/diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in inbound tourism or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
