JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - OUTBOUND

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and bookings for outbound travel packages.
• Coordinate with airlines and partners to arrange travel services.
• Provide excellent customer service and travel consultation to clients.
• Assist in preparing travel itineraries, quotations, and necessary travel documentation.
• Stay updated on airline policies and travel trends.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Manage client follow-ups and maintain accurate booking records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound travel operations or a related field.
• Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism or a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
