Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular field visits
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Promote and sell products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Gather market and customer information
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports
- Collaborate with internal teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Sales, Negotiation, and Contract Management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in FMCG products and handled Cafes and Restaurants within Colombo and Suburbs.
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing.
- Valid driving license.
