Metshu Exports (Pvt) Ltd is one of the largest and leading organic food product manufacturers and exporters in Sri Lanka. We are currently exporting our products to in excess of 35 countries around the world, including some world’s largest supermarket chains. We seeking an experienced and motivated Plant Engineer & Forman to join our team. The position is full time and offers competitive salary and benefits.
Post of Plant Engineer
- A degree / diploma related to engineering or HND from recognized University / Authority
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in coconut industry will be added advantage.
- Knowledge about electrical wiring motor winding will be added advantage.
- Age less than 50 years.
- Motivational and interpersonal skills & ability to establish good working relations with staff and management.
- Prepared to work long hours, display a sense of commitment to the job & able to work under pressure.
- A good team player with flexibility & adaptability to work in a different environment.
Post of Forman
- Diploma related to engineering or HND from recognized University / Authority
- Minimum 3 years hands on experience in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in coconut industry will be added advantage.
- Age less than 40 years.
- Prepared to work long hours, display a sense of commitment to the job & able to work under pressure.
- A good team player with flexibility & adaptability to work in a different environment.
