Implementation and Support Engineer

As an Implementation and Support Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting ERP systems primarily Odoo for our clients. Your role will involve close collaboration with project teams and clients to ensure successful implementation, provide ongoing functional support, and continuously improve system performance and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle implementation of Odoo ERP solutions for clients, from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Provide technical and functional support for implemented ERP systems, especially Odoo.
- Configure and deploy ERP modules based on specific business needs and workflows.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
- Conduct testing, validation, and user acceptance of deployed features and modules.
- Create and maintain clear and user-friendly documentation, including technical specs and training guides.
- Train end users and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and usage.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and efficiency.
- Participate in ERP enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications | Skills & Experience
- Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar enterprise software platforms is an advantage.
- Experience in system implementation, troubleshooting, and support in an ERP or IT environment.
- Ability to understand and map business processes such as accounting, inventory, sales, and HR.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in spoken English is essential for communicating with both local and international clients.
