Job Profile
- High Volume of phone calls will be assigned to contact delinquent customers and/or correspondence.
- Negotiate for repayment deadlines and track the payment and repeated calls if necessary.
- Assisting customers regarding collection issues resolve client discrepancies.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the assigned branches.
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
Candidate Profile
- Process with G.C.E O/L & G.C.E A/L
- Age between 21 and 28 years.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
- Must have good computer literacy and email.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player.
- Should have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Financial experience in a contact center will be an added advantage.
