Job Profile

  • High Volume of phone calls will be assigned to contact delinquent customers and/or correspondence.
  • Negotiate for repayment deadlines and track the payment and repeated calls if necessary.
  • Assisting customers regarding collection issues resolve client discrepancies.
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the assigned branches.
  • Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.

Candidate Profile

  • Process with G.C.E O/L & G.C.E A/L
  • Age between 21 and 28 years.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Must have good computer literacy and email.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player.
  • Should have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Financial experience in a contact center will be an added advantage.
