EXECUTIVE—BUSINESS APPLICATIONS (WATTALA)
JOB PROFILE
- Assist in the implementation, configuration and deployment of Hospital Information Systems, Electronic Health Records and other core systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, stability and smooth daily operations.
- Provide first level troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors for timely issue resolution and bug fixes.
- Perform routine backups, storage management, disaster recovery checks and manage user access, permissions and data security.
- Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure compliance with system policies and standards.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT systems, with exposure to business applications and software support.
- Familiarity with system administration, performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IIS, SQL Server and basic software development is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively across a multidisciplinary team.
