The Job Role

• Support the recruitment and selection process.
• Assist in the employee onboarding process.
• Facilitate employee training programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records.

We are Expecting

• A degree or professional qualification, or being an undergraduate/learning partner from a recognized university or institution in the field of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, etc.
• Competency in the MS Office package.
• Good communication skills in both Sinhala & English.

A competitive allowance in par with the industrial standards will be paid. The best fits will be absorbed into the permanent cadre upon the completion of internship period.
