EXECUTIVE – EXPORT / IMPORT
Ceylon Jewelry Manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd. (CJM) is a BOI approved company located in Panadura Industrial Estate, Sri Lanka. It is a high-end Jewelry Manufacturing organization which produces design jewelleries using precious metal with exclusive diamonds and colored stones etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Marketing & Production Administrative departments to plan and organize monthly shipment schedules.
- Prepare commercial invoices and other export documents required for international shipments.
- Liaise with freight/courier and logistics partners to obtain real-time updates on shipment progress.
- Send shipping and commercial invoices to relevant customs agents to facilitate the creation of Customs Declarations (CUSDEC) in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain communication with the shipping agent to track the shipment's progress and address any potential issues.
- Negotiate favorable rates with freight/courier and logistics providers to optimize shipping costs.
- Implement best practices and technological solutions to enhance the shipping workflow.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and developments related to shipping and international trade.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Shipping / Logistic & Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Creative, analytical capabilities and be pro-active.
- Committed to long working hours on business demand.
- Self-driven and ability to work as a team.
