Boiler Supervisor

(Biyagama)

Lalan Group is a diversified conglomerate with expertise in over 12 sectors and has been in operation since 1940. Lalan has an extensive global network encompassing pan-industry interests in rubber, tea and other plantation crops, reforestry, renewable energy, manufacturing and service industries, engineering and the leisure sector.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated team player to join our Production team as Boiler Supervisor.

Job Profile:

• Manage and maintain the boiler condition
• Control and maintain firewood consumption & storage
• Conduct periodical maintenance activities
• Labour management

Requirements:

• G.C.E Advanced Level and minimum a credit pass for English language at G.C.E Ordinary Level examination
• Boiler certificate class I / II
• Other boiler related qualifications from a recognized institute will be an added advantage
• Have fair oral & written communication skills
• Be able to work independently in a high pressure environment
• Possess at least 5-6 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Age limit should be between 35 - 40 years
• Be able to work long hours on shift basis

Preference will be given to candidates who are residing in Biyagama area.
