REVENUE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing, inventory and market mix management.
  • Ensure effective and competitive pricing strategies are on par with the competition and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online opportunities for market and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of booking patterns, market demand, competitor rates, and business mix.
  • Maintain and update rate structures across all distribution channels (OTA, GDS, website, and all direct booking initiatives) and oversee the management of Reservations to ensure effective selling strategies are in place and all Core Standards & Policies are followed.
  • Build and manage relationships of all online B2B Partners and Sales Channels.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years’ industry experience in a similar capacity.
  • Revenue Management and Online Distribution Knowledge.
  • Tech Savvy (Working knowledge of HMS, PMS, Channel Manager, GDS etc.).
