Invoicing Assistance

Job Description:

  • Invoicing (Product and orders)
  • Maintaining pending Orders & Updating records.
  • Entering inventory into the system
  • Monitoring outstanding before invoicing
  • Filling - Quotation, PO and invoice

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling accounting programs
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in invoicing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Age Between 20 - 40 years
  • Strong team player
