Automobile Sales Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Sales Executive
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automobile Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the sales department, setting sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed individual and team goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect high service standards and professionalism.
- Handle key customer negotiations and close high-value sales when necessary.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current vehicle inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Oversee vehicle pricing, financing options, and trade-in appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle features, financing, and dealership operations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
