What you need to do
- Overall responsibility for managing the entire service operation for the Aftersales business.
- Managing and administering the workshop operation for Profit & Loss monitoring, manpower planning and development, service marketing and operations and PDI for the sales operation.
- Manage both direct and indirect manpower distribution plans for the workshop operation, marketing campaigns and productivity to achieve all performance targets.
- Oversee Aftersales Team to achieve pre-determined Divisional operational targets by defining and preparing business plans to meet operation targets committed to Management.
- Managing strong relationships with the external stakeholders including insurance companies to ensure business growth.
What you need
- Degree or diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Automotive or related field.
- 5 years’ experience managing an automotive workshop, particularly attached to a dealership.
- Extensive Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repairs.
- Ability to advise customers on the required jobs in a timely, professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good working understanding Automotive workshop operation.
- Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
