JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - TICKETING & RESERVATION
(MALE CANDIDATE)

With our expansion we are looking for Energetic, Professional and Result Oriented candidates to partner with our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procuring air tickets as per travel requirements and budgetary constraints
- Planning and overseeing all aspects of travel schedules, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and other logistical arrangements
- Evaluations and analyses to identify the most cost-effective and efficient airfare
- Managing all travel-related requirements such as obtaining travel approvals, securing boarding passes, selecting seats, and other necessary documentation
- Handling documentation and other relevant paperwork
- Managing relationships with travel vendors, visa consultant
- Coordinating and handling reservations for accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the relevant field
- Fully or partially qualifications in the relevant field
- Should have excellent communication skills and good command of English
- Should have excellent computer literacy
- Able to work under pressure
- Customer-service experience would be an added advantage
- Availability and willingness to work extra hours
- Age below 30 Years
