Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting

Qualifications

  • Strong Accounting Skills & Month End Finalization Skills
  • Completed a relevant degree program or a professional qualification in Finance/ Accounting
  • 6+ years relevant work experience and familiarity with UK Accounting Standards (IFRS, FRS 102(1a) and FRS105)
  • Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel
  • Exposure to an ERP system (IRIS Software exposure will be an added advantage)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
  • Willingness to work for the UK Calendar

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements, company tax returns and filing them to Companies house and HMRC
  • Prepare personal tax returns
  • Liasing with bookkeeping team and advising on the accounting information and year-end journals
  • Liasing with senior management to resolve accounting issues
