As we embrace the AI revolution and spearhead innovation in the work tech and HR tech solutions space, we’re looking for an insightful and customer service-oriented Sales/Client Operations Associate with exceptional abilities to join our Sales team as we gear for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote MiHCM’s product range to prospective customers and partners, while managing inbound enquiries and qualifying leads.
- Build new networks, nurture prospect relationships, and support international sales efforts as directed by the General Manager Business Operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions, provide pre-sales support, and ensure smooth coordination across the sales cycle.
- Prepare compelling proposals, lead client meetings, and deliver persuasive product presentations.
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process, aligning pricing, proposals, and timelines to close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment and smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, strengthening key relationships, driving upselling and cross-selling, and supporting collections where applicable.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with ISO audit requirements.
- Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activity to inform strategic sales decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and related applications
- Confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and quick to execute
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory.
