Intern – Sustainability
ROLE
Supporting multiple teams in achieving better sustainability across the supply chain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysing data related to environmental impact, resource consumption, and waste management and proposing programmes and initiatives to minimise environmental impact.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders on the development, implementation and integration of sustainability programmes and initiatives.
- Evaluating the success of completed sustainability programmes and initiatives and supporting the organisation's efforts to promote a culture of sustainability.
REQUIREMENTS
- A partial or complete undergraduate or graduate qualification in environmental science, sustainability, business with a focus on sustainability, or similar.
- A dedication to sustainability and the collaborative mindset to lead diverse teams to make a positive impact on the environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
