ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

MALLIKARACHCHI HOLDINGS PVT LTD

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with basic accounting knowledge who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense forms
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
  • Enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
  • Answer phones, sort mail, and help with general office tasks
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries

Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and QB
  • Good with numbers and accurate in data entry
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Able to solve problems and fix financial errors

Attractive salary will be offered to the right candidate. Public holidays are eligible.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm

Saturday – 8.30am to 1.30pm
