ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with basic accounting knowledge who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense forms
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
- Answer phones, sort mail, and help with general office tasks
- Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and QB
- Good with numbers and accurate in data entry
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Able to solve problems and fix financial errors
Attractive salary will be offered to the right candidate. Public holidays are eligible.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday – 8.30am to 1.30pm
