LEGAL TRAINEE
Requirements to apply:
- Fresh graduates of any related field who are keen to work in a corporate environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Sinhala.
- Excellent computer literacy and email communication skills.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
If you are selected for the vacancy your job responsibilities would include:
- Draft and review the documents with regards to Company changes, NGO Registration, Trademark Registration and Bank Facilities.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
- Draft legal and company secretarial letters tailored to individual client needs.
- Use online portals and predefined processes to complete duties.
- Coordinating with government institutions such as the Registrar of Companies and National Intellectual Property Office as and when needed.
This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
