Junior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses
  • Communicate with agents for the payment follow up
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
  • Maintain EPF, ETF and payroll

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
