Junior Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses
- Communicate with agents for the payment follow up
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Maintain EPF, ETF and payroll
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
