Overview of the role

After sales Manager for CNH Farm Equipment / Automotives will be primarily responsible for technical management and wellbeing of CNH Automotives imported from India. Further he will be responsible for meeting business targets of CNH Franchise workshop – Anuradhapura.

Job Description

  • Liase with CNH principals on technology transfer, trouble shooting, diagnostic technics and warranty management.
  • Re training of workshop staff on brand specific technical training.
  • Communication, window person for technical related queries with principals.
  • Overall revenue target achievement cost management and meet budgeted net profit targets of franchise workshop.
  • Coordinate with key accounts, government fleet owners and corporates to service and maintain of CNH tractors.
  • Overall administration, stake holders’ management of Franchise workshop.
  • To set up 2S dealer network (service and parts) for CNH tractors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or diploma in Automotive Engineering, or equivalent qualification from FMTC.
  • Minimum 05 years of proven experience in franchise workshop management/ equipment management or workshop management business in Sri Lanka.
  • Computer literacy in MS office package.
  • Conduct of technical training and dealer network management will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with foreign principals.
