PRESCHOOL TEACHER
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team! If you love working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment, we’d love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to support early childhood learning.
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure children’s well-being.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the preschool learning experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Teaching (Early Childhood Education).
- Strong understanding of child development and teaching methodologies.
- Communication skills in English/Sinhala/Tamil.
- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
