Multi-Duty Clerk

We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Multi-Duty Clerk to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires multitasking across administrative, clerical, and support functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Support various departments with routine tasks.
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Coordinate with other staff and departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication in English and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
