Job role & Responsibilities

  • Handling employee’s personal files & attendance.
  • Maintaining documents of Employee’s Recruitment/Resignation and EPF/ETF doc: (Report to the head office HR department).
  • Handling employees welfare activities.
  • Preparation of daily cash statement and submit to the head office Accounts department.
  • Bank related works.
  • Handling petty cash expenses and maintain the related records.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Female & Male age above 25 years.
  • Accept challenges and dedication to work is the most important.
  • Completion of A/L examination with 3 passes.
  • Should have basic HRM knowledge.
  • Should have basic accounting and finance knowledge.
  • Ability to work with MS office.
  • Experience in relevant field an added advantage.
  • Willing to work long hours if needed including weekends.

  • Annual Bonus, Accommodation, Meals.
  • Locations: Kandy, Kurunegala, Negombo, Kegalle, Rathnapura.
  • Salary: Negotiable.
