Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Requirements

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding & HR operations
  • Drive performance management and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR standards
  • Lead employee engagement & welfare initiatives
  • Maintain HRIS & documentation systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Degree in HRM or related field (MBA/CQHRM)
  • 4+ years in HR with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of labor law compliance (Shop & Office Act, EPF/ETF, etc.)
  • Proven skills in HR systems, reporting & communication
  • Confident in managing cross-functional teams
