Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Strong business communication (written and verbal in both Sinhala and English) and organisational skills.
  • Experience or interest in social media management and engagement.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist marketing executives with quotations and invoicing.
  • Writing business letters and preparing social media posts.
  • Handle company social media channels.
  • Maintain digital records, files, and organize important documents.
  • Draft replies for email inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain the Odoo software suite, ensuring accuracy of the content.
