Store Keeper (Based at Mount Lavinia)

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
• Issue materials as per internal requests and update stock levels accordingly
• Ensure proper storage and handling of goods
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers, helpers, procurement and other departments regarding stock requirements and on-time deliveries
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and secure
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory movements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a storekeeper or in warehouse management
• Familiarity with inventory software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic qualifications in logistics, store management, or a related field would be an advantage
