Assistant Manager – HR Engagement & Culture Development

Job Profile

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational culture, employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Conduct employee surveys and action plans to improve engagement and satisfaction
  • Manage the onboarding process to integrate new hires into Company culture
  • Design and lead employee recognition programs and team-building activities
  • Support wellness initiatives, including mental health and work-life balance programs
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in policies and workplace behavior
  • Collaborate with leadership to reinforce company values and ensure a positive, inclusive environment
  • Track and report on cultural alignment and employee engagement data

The Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of culture and employee engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze and report on engagement metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
