ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE
SPANISH MARKET DEVELOPMENT
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager / Senior Executive Spanish Market Development to play a key role in expanding our business within Spain and other Spanish-speaking regions. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team and global partners, supporting market-specific strategies, handling client relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Spanish-speaking travel agencies, tour operators, and clients.
- Support the Sales Representative in Spain by coordinating proposals, client inquiries, and ongoing projects.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations in Spanish and English with attention to detail, ensuring cultural and linguistic appropriateness.
- Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and content tailored to the Spanish-speaking market.
- Ensure all communication is professional, timely, and culturally aligned with the Spanish market.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, reservations, transport, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client requests and itineraries.
- Translate key documents and assist with Spanish-language content as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality sector, preferably with exposure to the European or Spanish-speaking market.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – this is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and travel-related platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with luxury or tailor-made travel products will be a strong advantage.
