Job Description

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Good results in GCE O/L or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A pleasing personality and good PR skills
• Minimum one-year experience in hospitality industry
• Professional qualification in Food and Beverage will be an added advantage

The Job Includes:

• To serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards in a professional manner.
• To clean designated areas in accordance with the laid-down procedures and maintenance of hygiene requirements.
• To ensure that table decorations are fresh and comply with agreed standards.
• To set tables to laid-down standards, ensuring that all items used are clean, undamaged and in a good state of repair.
• To take orders from customers and ensure these are given to the appropriate person to execute.
• To be totally familiar with the composition of all menu items.
• To be continually aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene.
